DigiNovations Enters its Busiest Video Production Season Ever

With Autumn officially just five days away, DigiNovations is swinging into its busiest season of production ever, with major films in every one of its five production centers of excellence:

  • In technology marketing and education, we’re working with InfraReDx to create a film about an exciting new technology which may deliver a breakthrough in diagnosing patients vulnerable to sudden heart attacks.  We’re also cooking up a film for the National Center for Technological Literacy, spotlighting their efforts to introduce engineering into the high school curriculum nationwide.  And if that isn’t enough, we’ll also be launching a video corporate newsroom application with a Massachusetts technology company, that will be announced in a couple of days, so stay tuned!
  • In fundraising campaign support, we’re deep in production on major films for The Lawrenceville School and for Brigham and Women’s Hospital.  Both organizations have recognized the power of well-produced video in creating experiences which allow viewers not only to hear their message, but also to internalize it.  We’re also working on a number of smaller projects, including one for Sacred Heart University, for whom we produced an award-winning television commercial over the winter.
  • In admissions and recruitment, we’re nearing the final edit of an admissions video for Portsmouth Abbey School, to complement the capital fundraising video we completed for Portsmouth Abbey earlier this year.  At the same time, we’ve been engaged by a major New York law firm to create a couple of short films supporting its summer associate recruiting program.
  • Speaking of law firms, we’re also right in the middle of production on a series of films for one of Boston’s most prestigious law firms — a riveting film series that documents and affirms the values that the firm treasures.  This is just one of several projects we have in the works in the area of corporate and institutional image — even including a film being created for a major milestone anniversary in 2008!
  • In knowledge management and training, we will shortly be announcing an alliance with a major clinical research management organization to create a whole series of training videos to ensure that the new drugs, devices, and techniques their testing are administered (and data are collected) in the most consistent manner possible — the key to running successful clinical trials.  We’re also starting on a training series for another medical device company that has found that their initial live in-service training of customers isn’t “sticky” enough to survive the turnover in their customers’ clinical staff.

Add that to the dozens of small video production services projects we execute every month, and you can see we’re quite busy.  But that’s how we like it…for we continue to make an impact as we tell the stories of New England’s great institutions, innovators, and educators every day.
